Transform vacant industrial mill into vibrant mixed-use development while preserving historic fabric and meeting modern codes.

Our Solution

Retained original brick envelope and timber structure. Discreet seismic retrofitting. New systems threaded through building without compromising character. Creates 30 residential lofts and ground-floor retail.
