The Challenge

Design a family home that achieves net-zero energy consumption while maintaining year-round comfort in the Pacific Northwest climate.

Our Solution

Triple-pane windows, 14-inch insulated walls, heat recovery ventilation, and a 10kW solar array create a home that generates more energy than it consumes. Interior finishes prioritize non-toxic materials and connection to nature.
