Convert 1930s warehouse into 18 market-rate residential lofts while celebrating industrial heritage.

Our Solution

Exposed original heavy timber structure and brick. High ceilings and large windows preserved. Efficient unit layouts maximize usable space. Shared courtyard creates community.
